Minimally invasive surgery is limited by two things: what a surgeon can know about the anatomy in front of them, and what they can physically do once they reach it. Victor addresses both, within a single platform.

Victor's AI is designed to support anatomical recognition and orientation, and to surface relevant information at the moment a surgeon needs it.
It is built to integrate with the adjuncts already in theatre, including neuronavigation, Doppler ultrasound and intraoperative neuromonitoring, consolidating information that is currently spread across separate systems.
Victor's instruments are 3 mm in diameter, with an articulated joint that provides angulation inside corridors where a rigid instrument has almost none.
The platform is handheld. Control stays in the surgeon's own hand rather than at a remote console, so the instrument retains the feel and immediacy of conventional surgery while adding articulation at the tip. It can be used in either hand and adjusted to suit the surgeon and the procedure. Setup takes minutes; instrument changes take seconds.

Panda Surgical was founded at Queen Square by Hani, Manios and Dan, bringing together neurosurgery, robotics engineering and AI.

Moves between theatres and sites without a dedicated room.

Compatible with existing equipment, workflows and teams.

A smaller footprint and lower cost, aimed at more hospitals.
We welcome conversations with clinicians, hospitals, researchers, patient organisations and partners who share our ambition.
